Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Customers money will be held by the Trustees of the holiday trust fund in accordance with the package travel regulations 1992 issued by the Department of Trade and Industry governing the provision of package tour holidays.
2. Customers money will only be released by the Trustees to the Tour Operator once the client has returned from travel
3. In the event that we are unable to confirm your booking all monies will be returned to you.
4. All bookings are subject to availability.
5. Cancellations made more than 28 days before the departure will be charged 50% of the full holiday price. Any made within 28 days of departure will be charged at the full holiday price.
6. Amendments Fees: Amendments where possible made on day of travel - £35. Amendments made more then 24 hours in advance will be charged at £25. This is subject to availability and may lead to an increase in the price of the booking.
7. For bookings within 3 working days of departure please telephone us.
8. Delpech Travel Promotions Ltd, the sea carrier and the hotelier will not be liable for any losses or expenses whatsoever should your sea crossing be delayed or cancelled. Please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance that provides cover for delay and cancellation.
9. Maximum of 5 people per car.
10. If you wish to take trailers, caravans mini buses or transit vans a supplement will apply - please telephone us.
11. No tickets will be issued. Tickets must be collected from the appropriate checkin desks using the references supplied by us. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they allow adequate time to accomplish this.
12. Travel must take place as indicated on the tickets.
13. Valid passports/ Visas are required.
14. Carriage is subject to the terms and conditions of the carrier.
15. Changes in transportation costs, including the cost of fuel, due taxes or fees chargeable for services such as landing dues or embarkation or disembarkation at ports and airports and exchange rates, mean that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have booked. However there will be no change within 15 days of your departure.

17. Delpech Travel Promotions limited arranges the transport supplied in these packages acting as agent on behalf of SeaFrance limited, Brittany Ferries, (P&O Portsmouth) Ltd, Seacat Scotland, Condor Ferries Ltd, Channel Tunnel (UK) Ltd and Eurostar (UK) Ltd. 18. Clients taking holidays will be obliged to adhere to local rules and regulations. In the event that clients are expelled from the hotel due to a breach of rules Trainhols.com will not be held liable for any compensation or refunds.
19. Telephone bookings are subject to a £10 supplement.
20. Eurostar prices are based on a mid off peak fare. Prices at other times may attract supplements of up to £70 per person. We will contact you before any changes to your price are made
21. Not all hotel facilities are available all of the time. If you have specific requirements please contact us.
22. Trainhols takes every precaution to ensure that all details on this website are accurate.
